Learning to trust our bodies… learning from the yoga asanas, learning to listen and trust the inner voice. When do we need to deepen the pose, when do we need to back off? Focusing on building strength and softening at the same time.
How can we bring this practice into our daily lives? Learning to trust ourselves and our instincts. We need to pay attention carefully, to be fully awake, in order to achieve that trust. Then, we listen to that inner voice and ask ourselves what is needed in any given moment – strength & determination or softening, surrender, which could simply mean to let something go that is no longer needed.
